Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package using the provided tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express and overnight orders. Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to local regulations. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@autohandmade.shop within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage for insurance purposes.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@autohandmade.shop. We cannot guarantee address changes can be made after an order has been processed. Additional shipping fees may apply for address corrections after shipment.
