30-Day Return Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Items must be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • For footwear, please try on shoes on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid sole marks.
  • For watches, protective films and tags must not be removed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page.
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
  • Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@autohandmade.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the RMA number on or inside the package.
  3. Ship the Package: Use a trackable shipping service to send the package to the return address provided with your RMA. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account (typically 3-7 business days).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit).

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or variant, we recommend initiating an exchange. Contact us at support@autohandmade.shop with your exchange request. We will process exchanges within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to product availability. Exchange shipping within the United States is free of charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@autohandmade.shop with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return or replacement immediately. We are committed to making things right and ensuring you receive the quality product you ordered.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes on returned items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked shipments. Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" on customs declarations to avoid additional fees.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team at support@autohandmade.shop. After 2 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be guaranteed to be canceled. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process upon receipt.
